Husband and wife writing team, Dennis and Elise Carr, are the authors of Welcome to Wahoo.

Elise Pritcher Carr has had several careers...toy designer, indie film producer, and screenwriter.

Elise  was one of the principal writers (and performers) for the internationally acclaimed Kids on the Block educational puppet program.  Her curriculum is in use in 1500 venues in 30 countries throughout the world.  She has visited more than 1000 schools throughout the U.S., Australia, Canada, Israel, Guam, and Saipan.

Elise is the producer of two good movies and one bad one.

Dennis Carr was elected president of his high school Student Council.  He wrote his own campaign speeches, which marked the beginning of his career in fiction.  After college, Dennis moved to Hollywood where he began taking advanced writing classes and crafting his own screenplays.  It took him three years and six failed screenplays before he sold his first script.
